The Loyalty Programme is available to customers who have registered their user account in the Dvořák Prague Festival sales system.

How does the programme work?

With every online purchase of tickets, gift vouchers, or auxiliary services, you get back 5% of the amount spent in the form of credits on your registered user’s account. Credits are valid for 20 months. If you decide not to apply existing credits when making a purchase, you will keep the credits and their validity will be automatically extended for another 20 months. You can see the current status of accumulated credits in your account as illustrated below:

Accumulated credits can be used for making online ticket purchases at checkout. Just choose the option of paying with credits, and if the number of accumulated credits is lower than the amount to be paid, you will be asked to pay the difference online with a payment card.
